DOTD: Ugh!!

I loved this outfit because it made me feel really ready for fall but for whatever reason I am not a fan of the pictures… I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because I’m exhausted and the last thing I wanted to do was to take pictures today. I guess I will post this and get your thoughts and opinions. Tomorrow it will be Diva Spotlight day and that means I get to dress super casually (can’t wait!!!!)

I know I can dress however I want on any given day… but as a blogger you do feel the need to try harder for your readers… How about you? If you blog, do you think it makes it harder to have “dress down days”?  Well… I hope you enjoy!!! ~besitos~

DOTD: Raining Blessings!!

So while I was away at Full Figure Fashion Week® (FFFWeek) I found out that the interview that I had literally the day before I left, offered me the job. I started today, and although I wanted to start my FFFWeek posts today… I thought you would want to know that I again have a job (much more casual job… but dude… I get to speak Spanish at work everyday!!). So today I will show you what I wore to work, and first thing tomorrow you can see the first installment of the FFFWeek experience.

DOTD: Burgundy & Coral

I saw the shoes, bought the shoes, & then it occurred to me… what in the hizzell would I wear with them. So then I’m perusing the Forever21+ website and saw this top… and then the shoes made sense in my world. So… this outfit has been sitting in my closet to be worn for weeks… but everyday I woke up to 30 degree weather. And everyday this outfit just sat. So today… we’ve got 73 degree weather… this outfit had to happen… oh yeah… pure happiness over here. Would have never have thought to put burgundy and coral together… now I can’t’ wait to try it again… but with different pieces…

Also, I am wearing sunglasses in most the pics… because with beautiful weather comes allergy eyes… They don’t show up as much on the pictures. But they are puffy.

DOTD: Diva do over #1

Have you ever done an outfit and felt that it wasn't good? Well, I have been feeling like my first posts to my blog were not my best. So I am attempting to change up those outfits that I felt were... eeehhhh!!

So here is my first attempt at fixing these outfits. Or trying another way to wear pieces that make it look better. Its a top I wore back in January and I felt the outfit was cute at the time, but as my style has evolved so has my opinion of that outfit. I was wearing this patterned top with black leggings and wedge strapped boots. POST LINK HERE

Today I wore it simply with jeggings from Faith21 and with big loop burgundy  earrings with matching flats.  I prefer today's take on this outfit... Which do you prefer?

DOTD: Accidental 1950s Soccer Mom

Today I wore one of my favorite dresses. I love it cause it is like a 1950s wrap dress. I have this dress in pink also and need to figure out the right pair of shoes to wear it with it. I got this dress eons ago from Curvy Girl Clothing, but I love love love this purchase.

DOTD: Red-y for anything...

So... today... I wanted to be all dramatic and wear burgundy and red together... Only the shades weren't as far away from each other as originally hoped... so... here is my outfit... I totally still love it... Only its not as dramatic as I had hoped....
